I’m not exactly sure when my love for wedge sneakers started.  I first remember seeing them strolling through the mall one day, seeing them displayed at Journey and thought there were the craziest looking sneakers I’ve seen.  After that, I saw them popping up on blogs here and there as well as a few celebs rocking them.  Slowly but surely, I thought there were pretty cool and different.  It combines my love for sneakers and wedge shoes.  It lets the tomboy side of me have a say in my outfit while satisfying my fashionista sensibilities.  They can amp up a simple outfit like T-shirt and jeans or give a little edge to  a pair of leggings and a frilly top.  I’m officially sold on these sneakers and I see a pair in my immediate future.
