If you read my post back in January on the first two Spring styles from Hudson Jeans, I’m back to give you the “skinny” on the rest of the Capsule Collection released by this denim machine (it paid to stay tuned huh?!). The D.I.Y and Subversion jeans were released this month so without further a-due, here we go!
D.I.Y
With this style, Hudson continues to go against the norm and wants you to do the same. With exposed flies, custom zippers, cut out waistbands, and distressed washes, the D.I.Y concept is definitely obvious. I think the visible zipper on the DIY Darted Skinny (pictured on the left) is a cool, subtle detail. This wash (which is Noir Black) will appeal to us girls who are big fans of dark colored jeans!
Military inspired clothing is a definite trend his Spring and these jeans fall in line with the times! The Subversion collection features the Cargo Pocket Jean (pictured left), which comes in military green and jet black. The fit looks great and doesn’t go overboard with army inspiration. The cargo pockets are super cool and fun, which is what jeans are supposed to be, right?
