Happy Spring ladies! It’s officially the season and the boy was I reminded when I had to drive in the “lovely” Spring showers this morning! To take my mind off the dreariness, a girl has to think and blog about happy thoughts. Maybe Daisy’s perhaps?
Marc Jacobs Daisy is next in line for a Fierce Fragrance review! This limited edition perfume released just in time for the season is housed in a revamped bottle, with the top decorated in blue vinyl daisies (which is think is too cute!). Daisy’s fragrance notes include Wild Strawberry, Gardenia, Musk, and White Woods.
So what’s the verdict?
It’s okay! The scent is very feminine and definitely reminds me of spring flowers. However, I ran into an issue similar to the one I had with Vera Wang Princess – the scent for me was too light. Though with Daisy I was able to experience the scent (and the scent is very nice and classy!) but I wanted to experience the different notes it had to offer throughout the day, not just for an hour or two. The perfume just didn’t last. I’m not saying I want to be smelled a mile away, but I do want it to hit my nose every now again to remind me of the great perfume I have on.
Though I will be using this smell-good every now and again, SJP NYC still holds the number one spot in my fragrance collection!
Any of you ladies try this one out? What do you think?
