Hudson Jeans is at again this Spring with a new jean design as well as the launch of four new capsule collections. Each denim creation has something to say yet they all come back to the basics. Taverniti wanted to create something that would endure the tests of time and not just ride the short fashion train.
This “baby” launched this past January, aiming to put a new spin on the classic boot jean. As you can see it hits right at the ankle, giving a slight flare. For now it’s only available in the Love Lane wash seen here, but no worries! Additional washes will be available in April, which I will be anxious to see. I’m not a light jean kind of girl nor am I crazy about ankle length jeans. However, I just may be swayed when those other washes come out!
The first of the Capsule Collection to be released (have to wait until April to see the others so stay tuned!). These jeans go back to when jeans were just jeans. No frills, bells, or whistles on this one. What you will see is subtle stitching, keeping them simple and…well minimal! These jeans are definitely more my speed and I definitely believe that simple can be just as fashionable! It’s available in white, black, and unwashed denim (now these washes are what I like!)
So what do you think ladies? Worth the trip back to the basics? Or you’ll pass on this fashion ticket?
